When you use the contact form or briefing request, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type (for example AMI, SKD factory, or ESCO services), subject and message. We may also receive technical data such as IP address and browser type via hosting and analytics providers.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, follow up on municipal, factory or commercial work, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Emails are sent through our transactional email provider. Hosting, authentication and analytics vendors (including Vercel and, when enabled, PostHog and Sentry) may process technical data as processors. We share enquiry details with Joule staff who need them to respond.

Retention and rights
