These terms govern use of the Joule Energy website at jouleco.energy. By using the site you agree to them. Joule Energy delivers AMI and Energy IoT solutions in South Africa and the broader African region. Technology partner relationships, including third-party trademarks and patents, are described on the Partnership page.

Information on this site

Product descriptions, deployment figures, factory economics and awards describe Joule and platform capabilities for general information. They are not a tender response, quotation or guarantee. Specifications and pricing are confirmed in writing for each engagement.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a briefing request does not create a contract. Any municipal AMI, SKD factory, or ESCO engagement is subject to a separate written agreement, procurement rules and applicable South African law.

Intellectual property

Website design, Joule Energy branding and original copy are owned by Joule Energy. Third-party marks referenced on the Partnership page are used under their respective agreements.

Limitation

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Joule Energy is not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on published figures without a signed contract.
